静电放电电磁脉冲场对针板间隙流注放电的影响分析

摘    要:为了分析自然环境下静电放电电磁脉冲场对针板间隙流注放电的影响,基于流体动力学理论,建立静电放电电磁脉冲场下流注放电模型,对大气压下10mm针板间隙流注放电过程进行了仿真,研究了静电电磁脉冲场对流注运动发展过程中电场与光子通量的影响,以及得到不同静电电磁脉冲场下流注放电间隙贯穿时间的变化规律。结果表明:无静电电磁脉冲场时,随着时间的推移流注不断向阴极发展,当流注头部靠近阴极时,流注头部电场强度逐渐增大,光子通量幅值亦迅速增长;通入静电电磁脉冲场后,相同时间内,电场向板极推进的速度明显加快,击穿电压阈值显著降低,随着静电放电输出电压的增加,流注贯穿间隙的时间逐渐减小。对于强电磁场环境下电子设备安全防护的研究具有参考意义。

Abstract:In order to analyze the influence of electrostatic discharge electromagnetic pulse field on the flow-injection discharge of needle-plate gap in natural environment, based on the fluid dynamics theory, the flow-injection discharge model under electrostatic discharge electromagnetic pulse field was established, and the flow-injection discharge process of 10 mm needle-plate gap under atmospheric pressure was simulated. The influence of electrostatic electromagnetic pulse field on the electric field and photon flux in the development of flow-injection movement was studied, and the variation law of flow-injection discharge gap penetration time under different electrostatic electromagnetic pulse fields was obtained. The results show that when there is no electrostatic discharge pulse field, the streamer develops towards the cathode with the passage of time. When the streamer head is close to the cathode, the electric field intensity of the streamer head gradually increases, and the photon flux amplitude also increases rapidly. After the electrostatic discharge pulse interference field is applied, the electric field is obviously accelerated to the plate electrode in the same time, and the breakdown voltage threshold is obviously reduced. With the increase of electrostatic discharge output voltage, the time of flowing through the gap is gradually reduced. It has reference significance for the research of safety protection measures for spacecraft in-orbit operation under strong electromagnetic field environment.
