冬春性小麦杂交世代主要性状配合力与杂种优势的研究

摘    要:通过冬春性小麦杂交世代主要性状的配合力与杂种优势的研究表明:同一性状不同品种的一般配合力和特殊配合力相对效应存在较大的差异:特殊配合力效应值较高的组合,其杂种优势较强,杂种后代表现愈好,但还与亲本的一般配合力效应有关.因此在选择中必须注重亲本的一般配合力的选择.实践证明,京花2号和荆阿的殊特配合力效应虽表现稍差,但一般配合力效应较好,是两个具有较高利用价值的亲本.

Abstract:The combining ability ard retercsis of 9 characters in F1 of wheat from 12 combinations of 3 X 4 incomplete diallel cross were aralysed. The results are as follows:1. The general combiling ability and specific combining ability of the 12 combinations were discussed. and the value of each parents in breedirg was evaluated for selection of the proper parents and F1 combinations.2. The specific combining ability effects is value highest, the heterosis is strongest, the hybrid is best. The specific combining ability is related to the general combining ability of pasents.3. The narrow heritability of 9 charactersis in the following order: plant height (67.43%), spikelets per head (52.76%), seeds per head (49.83%), head weight (42.55%), kernel weight (38.22%), yeild per plant (26.12%). head length (19.65%), 1000-secds weight (15.95%).
