新建建筑对已有建筑附加沉降分析

用地紧张导致建筑物间距锐减,新建建筑物对邻近已有建筑物产生的附加沉降量不可忽视.根据弹性力学中的各向同性均质线性变形体理论推导了附加沉降量的计算公式,并给出了计算深度及计算宽度的确定方法.用推导的公式计算了工程实例,除个别测点外,相对误差都在10%以内,表明其具有一定的精度,方便工作中使用.

Analysis on Subsequent-Settlement on Existing Building due to New Building

The lack of land resources results in the severe contraction of distance between structures. Thus the subsequent settlement, due to new building, on existing building cannot be ignored any more. In accordance with the theory of isotropic homogeneous linear plasmodium in the theory of elastic mechanics,an equation was deduced . It is for the calculation of the subsequent settlement. Meanwhile, methods for counting the calculating depth and width were proposed. And the equation was put into practice in a project case. The relative errors of the test points between real and calculating value were within 10 % except one. They show that this method is of comparatively high accuracy and convenience.
