摘    要:信用消费是促进消费需求增长的有效手段。文章阐述了消费信用的作用以及实现消费信用需要具备的条件,谈论了目前我国推行消费信用的制约因素。提出了大力开展消费信用活动的措施。

Abstract:Consumptive credit is an effective means of promoting the increase of consumer demand. This paper expounds the functions of consumptive credit and the conditions that should be possessed to realize consumptive credit, discusses on some restricting factors for promoting consumptive credit in our country, and puts forward several measures for making consumptive credit activities on a big scale.
