超声振动切削改善硬脆材料加工性的研究

摘    要:由于硬脆材料,如淬火钢、陶瓷等的使用越来越广泛,研究这类材料高效、高精度和经济的加工技术非常必要。本文采用超声振动切削技术,用普通硬质合金刀具,从切削机理的各个方面研究了这类材料的加工性问题,并提出一些对生产实际有指导意义的建议.

Abstract:The applications of hard and brittle materials, such as hardened steel and ceramics, have been increasing more and more. It is necessary to find a machining technique with high efficiency, acctuacy and economy for this kind of materials. In present work, an investigation on the machinability of these materials by applying ultrasonic vibration technique with a carbide tool is developed. For that purpose, experiments of cutting mechanism are made and some significant suggestions concerning the utilization of vibration cutting are given for production practice.
