| 摘 要： | 西周时期的＂德＂不具有今天的道德之意,而是一种行为规范;礼作为一种法律形式,亦有三种表现形态,即＂周礼＂、＂周族之礼＂＂夷礼＂;加上普遍实用的刑法,它们共同构成了西周法律的多元。然而其主要价值追求却是单一的,那就是对于＂中和＂的追求。这种法律多元与价值追求的紧密结合,对于今天的法治建设无疑具有重要的启示意义。

| Abstract: | The meaning of De in Western Zhou Dynasty does not have the today's meaning,it is a kind of behavior standards;Li is also a kind of law which has three forms;They constitute multi-dimensional law of Western Zhou Dynasty.However its key importance pursue is really sole,that is regarding Neutralization.It has important significance for today's legislative work. |
