论校园网络文化对高校教师心理健康的影响

校园网络文化因其丰富的内涵和蕴含的文化特征价值，对高校教师心理健康具有积极作用。就校园网络文化在增强角色适应能力，丰富业余文化生活，促进人际关系的和谐发展，缓解心理压力等方面对高校教师所起到直接或间接作用做初步探讨。并针对其给高校教师心理健康带来的负面影响，提出一些对策与建议。

Research on the influence of campus network culture on college teachers'mental health

Campus network culture has a positive impact on the mental health of college teachers for its rich cultural connotations and cultural characteristics and inherent value .The direct and indirect effect of campus network culture on college teachers’mental health in enhancing adaptive capacity, enriching the cultural life, improving the work ethic, enhancing freedom of interpersonal , promoting the harmonious development of interpersonal relationships , easing the psychological pressure and developing good psychological quality , etc.are investigated.In view of the campus network culture’s negative impact on the mental health of college teachers , the countermeasures and suggestions that are beneficial to arousing people ’s attention to the campus network culture and promoting the mental health of university teachers are put forward in the paper .
