| Abstract: | The teaching -scientific research integration is the necessary approach by which colleges and universities improve the discipline development level and the teaching quality and realize the sustainable development .Perfecting the teaching -scientific research integration teacher group will help solve the contradiction between teaching and scientific research , quicken the teaching reform and the teaching -scientific research integration.On the basis of the building of teaching -scientific research integration teacher group , we should be devoted to the innovation -based and application -oriented talents training to gradually realize the sustainable development . |
