稀土对ZL205A合金组织结构的影响

摘    要:稀土在铝及其舍金中的作用和机理国内外学者研究较多,但对稀土元素在高强度铸造铝合金中提高强韧性作用方面研究较少.本文研究了稀土元素对ZL205A合金的影响,结果发现稀土在该合金中具有显著作用,不仅能细化铝合金晶粒还能显著提高合金的强韧性.

Abstract:More investigations have been done by scholars on the performance and its relevant mechanism of rear-earth elements in aluminum and its alloys, but a little on the perfornlance to increase obdurability of high strength casting aluminum alloy. In this paper, the impact of rear- earth elements to the alloy ZL205A was studied. The results showed that rear - earth elements have significant action in the alloy both in fining crystalline particle of aluminum alloy and in significantly enhancing obdurability of the alloy.
