摘    要:目前国产高频宽带扫频仪的对数放大器性能还有待提高.采用混频法获得一定增益的窄带高频信号,可以提高信噪比,进行对数变换时可以提高测量的动态范围;对小信号时出现的平方律检波导致对数变换时多出的乘2因子,给出了双对数通道的解决方案;对各级放大电路,提出了调零电路的调试方法,以减小零点漂移带来的影响.由此可从整体上提高对数放大器的性能,使高频宽带扫频仪获得最佳的工作性能.

Improving the Properties of Logarithmic Amplifier of High-frequency Broadband Sweeper

Abstract:The properties of domestic high-frequency broadband sweeper,for instance,the dynamic range,logarithmic accuracy,flatness and log linear,still need to be improved.High-frequency narrowband signal obtained by frequency mixing will increase signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) so as to expand the dynamic range of the measurement in the logarithmic transformation.The problem that extra factor multiplied by two in logarithm conversion led by square law detection can be solved by double log transformation.To different amplifying circuits,zeroing circuit will reduce the influence of zero drift.The overall improvement in properties of logarithmic amplifier,therefore,can lead to a better performance of high-frequency broadband sweeper.
