摘    要:荧光信号的检测是基因芯片技术环节中的一个关键.目前,商业化的检测设备价格昂贵,限制了基因芯片技术的推广和普及.本实验组在开发廉价、便携式检测设备的过程中,设计出全内反射式基因芯片荧光检测系统,该系统与传统的落射和透射式激发方式不同,采用全内反射式激发光路,同时改造了柯勒照明,实现了激发光路和荧光采集成像光路的完全分离,有效提高了荧光图像的对比度和系统的灵敏度,降低了对元器件性能的要求.该系统设计新颖、结构紧凑,将具有广阔的市场前景.

Abstract:Fluorescence detection is one of the most critical techniques in gene chip technology. Nowadays, the high price of the commercial detector has prevented the gene chip technology from spreading and popularizing. When developing cheap and miniature detector, we have designed the detection system of the fluorescence in gene ships with total internal reflection illumination, whose illumination is deferent from the traditional illumination:vertical illumination and transmitted illumination. The system separates the fluorescence exciting light path from the fluorescence collection and imaging light path totally, renovating the Kohler illumination and enhancing the contrast and sensibility of the fluorescence images. On the other hand, it reduces the requirement of elements' performance and decreases their price. The system with tightly structure and original design would have great foreground in market.
