| 摘 要： | 个案社会工作是社会工作的三大方法之一,它秉承社会工作的价值理念,运用科学的方法,通过社会工作者与案主面对面的互动向案主提供所需要的帮助,具有很强的实践性。个案社会工作教学应采用灵活多样的教学方法,将社会工作的理念、知识、技巧、实践与反思融合在一起。文章提出了以社会工作价值理念的认同和内化为核心、强对专业知识与技巧的掌握,注重实践与反思的教学模式。

| Abstract: | The social work of individual cases,which is one of the three major working methods for social work,inherited the values and assumptions from social work and offered necessary help for the agent concerned by applying scientific methods and interaction of both social workers and the agent concerned.The social work teaching methods for individual cases emphasize the integrity of conception,knowledge,techniques,practice,and introspection. |
