定制延迟模式的供应链协调

摘    要:定制延迟模式综合发挥了延迟战略的低风险与传统模式的低成本的优势,所以在产品多样化趋势下是一种适宜的生产模式,对实施定制延迟模式的供应链进行建模分析,证明系统的利润是决策矢量的凹函数,从而确保了定制延迟模式较单一生产模式的最优性.为了在分散决策的系统中充分发挥出这种定制延迟模式的价值,文章以一个生产商和一个零售商组成的供应链为例,为其设计了有价格差异的双向风险补偿机制,经过对这种机制下生产商和零售商决策行为的讨论,得到了使分散系统实现协调的参数条件.进一步的分析还表明,这种有价格差异的双向风险补偿机制还可以灵活分配系统的利润,而且利润分配结果符合"风险越大,利润越高"的市场法则,所以生产商和零售商将在这种机制下实现双赢,发挥出组合策略的最大价值.

Abstract:The proliferation of product varieties calls for tailored postponement, a combination production mode that takes the less risk of postponement and the less cost attributed to the traditional production mode. In this paper we model the supply chain in which tailored postponement is implemented, and prove that the expected profit of the system is concave to the decision vector, which assures the optimality of tailored postponement, and the uniqueness of the optimum for a risk-neutral supply chain. In order to popularize this valuable production mode in the decentralized system, we design a Bi-directional Risk-sharing with Price Premium(BRPP) mechanism for a retailer-supplier streamline, and optimize the response of the channel members under such a mechanism. It is proved that BRPP is capable to achieve coordination, furthermore, it is flexible enough to arbitrarily allocate the profit of the system between the members. The profit allocation follows the rule of the higher risk, the more profit, which helps the decentralized system to achieve win-win.
