预期收入的不确定性对消费者购房选择的影响

我国正处在社会和经济的转型时期,所以未来的不确定性是一个重要的问题,其在消费者决策过程中成为不得不考虑的因素.为了探索消费者在不确定因素下购房的选择路径,运用加入后悔因素的期望效用函数讨论预期收入不确定性条件对消费者购房选择的影响,发现消费者在购房选择之前,会综合考虑未来不确定收入是上升或是下降,并且未来收入上升或下降的程度和概率都会对购房者的决策产生影响.

The effection of the indeterminacy for anticipated income on customers′ housing selection

China is in a period of social and economic transition,and the uncertainty about the future has become a significant factor that would be considered by decision-makers.In order to explore the path under uncertainty,this paper using the expected utility discussed the influence of anticipated yield under uncertainty on consumer′s selection function joining the regret factors,and found that decision-makers would consider the rising and falling and their extent of the anticipated yield before purchasing.
