高校教师职务评审工作探讨

摘    要:分了保证高等学校教师职务评审工作的质量,关键问题在于严格评审程序。特别是教师职务设置采用结构比例控制后,要根据学校教学、科研、管理方面的实际情况,重视学科发展,重在考核业绩,鼓励平等竞争,鼓励人才流动,以使高校教师职务评审工作趋于合理、有序。

Abstract:Strictly following promotion procedures plays a key role in ensuring impartiality inthe promotion of university teachers. It is especially important when the structure-proportionpolicy in teaching posts assignment goes into effect.The authors think that the policy incorpo-rate;teaching, research, management,stressing on future development,the evaluation of whatteachers have achieved ,encouraging fair competition and free flow of talents. The implementa-tion of the policy will help to smooth the procedure in the promotion work of university teach-ers.
