| 摘 要： | 农区种植牧草既是调整农业产业结构，发展畜牧业的需要；又是开发国内外草产品市场，提高农业综合效益的需要；也是实施退耕还林、还草工程，实现可持续发展的需要。因此，农区种植牧草一要强化认识；二要政府引导；三要科学种植；四要向产业化方向发展。

| Abstract: | Planting pasture in agricultural areas is the needs of adjusting agricultural industrial structure and developing animal husbandry, the needs of exploiting domestic and foreign grass products markets and increasing agricultural comprehensive benefits, and the needs of practicing the project of returning the grain plots to forestry and husbandry and realizing sustainable development. Therefore, planting pasture in agricultural areas needs strengthening the cognition, governmental guiding, scientific planting, and developing towards the direction of industrialization. |
