摘    要:本文讨论了适用于波分复用器的高性能滤光片设计方法.所设计的滤光片通带透射率大于99.98%,阻带反射率也大于99.99%.同时还发现,截止滤光片的膜层厚度灵敏度较小,带通滤光片的膜层厚度灵敏度较大.因此,应将带通滤光片的膜层误差控制在1%以内.由于偏振的影响,入射角应小于15°.

Abstract:In this paper, some methods which optimize the performance of the optical filter used for WDM devices have been discussed. The transmittance of the pass band is greater than 99.9% and the reflectance of the stop band is also greater than 99.97%. It has been found that the thickness sensitivity of the edge filter is small. But the thickness sensitivity of the band pass filter is large.
