| 摘 要： | 房地产调控政策一直伴随着房地产市场的发展而存在，通过一些比率指标计算结果的分析，评价近期房地产调控政策对上海房地产市场的影响程度。研究结果表明，这一轮的调控政策对上海房地产市场的健康发展起到了明显的作用。

| Abstract: | The development of the real estate market has been constantly accompanied by the real estate regulation and control policy. The recent impact of regulation and control policy on Shanghai real estate market was assessed through analyzing the calculation result of relevant ratio index. The result illustrated that this round of regulatory policy played a significant role in the positive development of Shanghai real estate market. |
