摘    要:酶的固定化是生物技术中最为活跃的研究领域之一。固定化酶能在较为温和的反应条件下高选择性、高效率地催化某些化学反应,并且不会对环境造成污染。作为固定化酶技术的重要组成部分,载体的结构及性能在很大程度上直接影响所得固定化酶的催化活性及操作稳定性。综合性能优良的载体材料的设计与制备是固定化酶技术领域的一个非常重要的研究内容。综述了近年来国内外有关固定化酶载体材料的研究现状和发展趋势。

Abstract:Enzyme immobilization is one of the most active research fields in biotechnology. Under gentle reaction condition, immobilized enzyme can be used to catalyze some chemical reactions with high selectivity, efficiency, and environmentfriendly effects. As an important part of immobilized enzymes, the structure and property of carriers directly affect the catalytic activity and operational stability of the resulting immobilized enzyme. The design and preparation of carrier materials with excellent overall performances will be one of the most significant researches for the development of immobilized enzymes in future. The recent research progress in carrier materials for immobilized enzymes was re- viewed in this paper.
