| 摘 要： | 如何利用网络教学平台提高高校的教学质量，是现代高校目前教学改革必须正视并且也是非重视不可的重要课题．通过分析目前地方高校网络教学平台建设和使用状况，探寻地方高校在网络教学平台建设和使用过程中存在的问题和不足，提出进行网络教学平台的建设和提高网络教学平台利用率来促进教学质量提高的具体的建设性措施，供地方高校网络教学平台建设、维护的技术人员和利用平台进行教学、学习的教师、学生参考．

| Abstract: | How to improve the quality of university teaching by using the on-line teaching resources platform is an essential subject of the teaching reform for universities. On the basis of analyzing the status quo of local university on-line teaching platform construction and application, this paper probes into the existing problem and defects, and proposes specific and constructive measures on the construction of on-line teaching platform and how to apply it to improve teaching efficiency, in hope to offer reference for the teachers, students and technicians involving in the construction, utilization and maintaining of on-line teaching platform in local universities. |
