青冈栎(Cyclobalanopsis glauca)与红菇(Russula)抗疲劳作用的比较

摘    要:目的:比较青冈栎(Cyclobalanopsis glauca)树叶、树根与红菇(Russula)的抗疲劳作用,探讨青冈栎树叶、树根替代红菇走向药品和保健品市场的可能性.方法:将小鼠按体重随机分为对照组(饲喂普通饲料)和实验组(饲喂加有红菇、青冈栎树叶或树根提取液的饲料,这3种饲料又分别设25、50、100mg/g剂量组,每天定量饲喂完后给予普通饲料自由摄食).受试21天后测定小鼠爬竿时间及游泳后乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力和肝糖原等指标.结果:与对照组比较,青冈栎树叶、树根和红菇均能显著延长小鼠爬竿时间,提高LDH活力和肝糖原含量;与红菇比较,青冈栎树叶50mg/g剂量组的爬竿时间极显著延长,青冈栎树根肝糖原含量偏低,其余指标均无显著差异,也无明显剂量效应关系.结论:青冈栎树叶抗疲劳效果与红菇相当,青冈栎树根次之.

Abstract:Purpose: Compared Cyclobalanopsis glauca leaves and roots and Russula anti-fatigue effect, to explore the possibility of Cyclobalanopsis glauca leaves and roots instead of Russula toward the drugs and health product market. Methods: According to weight the mouse were randomly divided into the control group (only fed with ordinary feeds) and experimented groups (fed with supplement with Cyclobalanopsis glauca leaves or roots or Russula extractive' feeds, this 3 kinds of feed and set up 25, 50, 100mg/g doses, every day they ate up the experimental feed and gave them ordinary feed to eat freely). After 21 days treatment,determined the index of the climbing pole time, serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) vitality and liver glycogen content of mouse. Results: Compared with control group, the Cyclobalanopsis glauca leaves and roots and Russula were all significantly lengthened the climbing pole time and increased the levels of liver glycogen and lactic dehydrogenase; Compared with Russula, 50mg/g dose group of Cyclobalanopsis glauca leaves which has significantly lengthened the climbing pole time, liver glycogen content of Cyclobalanopsis glauca roots low than Russula ,the rest indexes have a similar effect and there is no obvious dose effect relations. Conclusion: Both of Cyclobalanopsis glauca leaves and Russula showed similar anti-fatigue function effect, Cyclobalanopsis glauca roots slightly low than Russula.
