摘    要:采用AQ2间断化学分析仪测定地表水中的氨氮,与标准纳氏法相比,测定结果无显著性差异,线性关系良好。方法操作简单,分析速度快,试剂用量少,在0.25~5.00mg/L范围内,氨氮检出限为19肚g/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)和加标回收率分别在1.6478%~5.8651%和94.1%~109.4%。

Abstract:AQ2 discrete analyzers were utilized to measure the NH3-N in the surface water. The testing result was almost the same as that of traditional Nessler's reagent colorimetric method and two testing methods had good linear relation. The method was easy to operate and analyze quickly with less reagent. Between 0.25 ~5.00 mg/L, detection limit of the NH~-N was 0. 019 rag/L, RSD and recovery with adding standard sample was between l. 647 8% ~5. 865 1% and 94.1% ~109.4% ,respectively.
