摘    要:本文研究了用图象处理方法对脉冲焊接电弧长度进行计测和控制的问题。研究中使用了由个人微计算机、图象处理装置及焊接机器人构成的正规视觉机器人,对弧长进行计测控制,以提高焊接质量。该系统以弧长作为操作量,改变每个周期的脉冲峰值电流的宽度,以达到对焊接弧长控制的目的。系统反应灵敏,弧长稳定,焊接质量好。

Abstract:An investigation in some approaches to digital image technique in measuring and controlling MAG welding arc is conducted in this paper. In this research works, the authors, using the optical welding robot, have controlled arc for improving the welding quality. The control system consists of TV-camera, micro-computer and image memory. The arc length is manipulated quantity in the system, the peak current of welding pulse changes in every period. The result of the study offers a new and feasible method for the automatic MAG welding.
