摘    要:采用CaO和Fe2O3添加剂按不同比例掺入煤灰中制成混合灰样,对混合灰样的熔融特性及其矿物组成进行试验研究,并利用三元系统相图进行分析.结果表明,在还原性气氛下,混合灰样与CaO-Al2O3-SiO2和FeO-Al2O3-SiO2三元系统相图具有相似的熔融特性温度曲线;在高温下混合灰样的矿物组成与三元系统相图的矿物组成基本一致

Abstract:Mixed ash samples are prepared with coal ashes and additives of CaO and Fe 2O 3 in different ratios. The melting characteristics and the mineral composition of the samples have been experimentally investigated and a ternary phase diagram is used in the study. It is shown taht, in reducing atmosphere, the melting point characteristics of the samples are similar to those of the phase diagrams of the ternary systems CaO Al 2O 3 SiO 2 and FeO Al 2O 3 SiO 2. At high temperatures, the mineral composition of the samples is nearly the same as that of the ternary systems.
