基于Pro/E减速器的设计及机构仿真

摘    要:利用Pro/E实现减速器各零件的精确三维建模和参数化设计。首先计算出减速器主要零件的尺寸,包括减速器齿轮副的尺寸、各轴的尺寸以及箱体与箱盖的尺寸,进而选择轴承、轴承端盖、轴承挡圈以及连接螺栓等,最后根据已知尺寸,对减速器进行参数化设计。
