| 摘 要： | 通过对我国自动化技术的应用现状进行分析,提出了自动化控制技术的视线,有利于提高工业的生产效率,增强企业的经营管理水平,降低生产成本和能源消耗,并一定程度地改善工作人员的工作氛围,提高产品的生产质量,从而创造更高的社会效益和经济效益。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the basic situation of employment in Taiyuan. Analysis of the existing problems ot employment in Taiyuan City, put forward some suggestion, such as made great efforts to foster ＂little giant＂ enterprises, the development of headquarters economy, support small and micro businesses development, encourage entrepreneurship, to support private enterprises to establish a college graduate training platform, to improve the skills and so on. |
