| 摘 要： | 针对全面风险管理的特性,运用综合的分析手法对全面风险管理众多要素进行了归类分析,并结合管理实际,对中央企业全面风险管理体系构建进行了讨论研究,提出一类通过全面风险管理组织职能、制度、风险评估与内部控制、培训、监督检查、信息与沟通等六大核心体系要素建设,实现中央企业全面风险管理体系构筑的理念与方法。
