铁铬催化剂强度与密度,孔结构的统计关联

摘    要:研究了圆柱状铁铬氧化物催化剂的密度、孔结构与强度的统计关系。结果表明:铁铬催化剂的强度与孔的形状密切相关。相关分析表明:铁铬催化制颗粒聚集体的强度与密度的关系符合Duckworth—Knudsen模型。改变煅烧条件可以调整催化剂中各种结合力的大小,以便同时提高铁铬催化剂的机械强度和内表面利用率。

Abstract:The mechanical strength of Fe-based WGSR (water gas shift reaction ) catalysts in their oxide states were correlated with their pore structure and density by the statistical method. Duckworth-Knudsen model is proved to be suitable for describing the relationship between the density and mechanical strength of these catalysts, The differences in parameters in the Duckworth-Knudsen equations for catalysts prepared in different ways indicate that the catalyst with high mechanical strength and small density can be obtained by carefully adjusting the preparation conditions.
