摘    要:论述利用模式识别技术的专家系统方法,控制电力系统的无功和电压,帮助系统调度员在发生联,主要线路中断运行时,正确制定紧急处理措施,调节系统的可控无功元件,将事故后的不正常节点电压,迅速恢复到可接受的水平,该法精度高,速度快,简便,适合在线应用。

Abstract:This paper presents a method of expert system using pattern recognition technique on reactive power and voltage control in power systems. It can help the system dispatchors make up a correct strategy to restore the voltage profile with best available control measure after a contingency. The proposed approach satisfies an on-line application in terms of its high speed, high accuracy and flexibility.
