| 摘 要： | 随着服务贸易领域的逐步扩大，法律服务也体现出向国际化发展的趋势。中国入世后，法律服务市场要在更大范围内对外开放，而月前我国法律服务市场体系的诸多不足，制约了我国法律服务业国际竞争力的增强，需要进一步完善。

| Abstract: | Along with the extending of the internationalization of service trade, legal service internationalizes gradually. After China's joining into WTO, the legal service market needs open outward in a much wider scope. Presently, some inadequate aspects existing in China's legal service market have limited the improving of China's ability in international competition in legal service business and need a further perfection. |
