微滤机净化污(废)水研究

摘    要:在滤网孔隙可视为平行等长等半径毛细管和孔隙内流态为层流的假定下,推导并讨论了恒水头作用下的两过滤指数公式.给出了计算平席纹和斜席纹孔隙面积、孔隙率的公式及对MK0、MK1、MK2、04、05网的计算结果.建立了用于SS显微计数的"十字"法,并发现"十字"法比标准法要简单12倍而精度却几乎相同。根据微滤机净化污废水的实验,结果,作者阐明了微滤机理以机械筛滤作用为主.

Abstract:On the assumption that the fabric pores can be considered as parallel capillaries of equal length and radius, and that the flow in the pores is laminar, two filtrability index equations under constant head action are derived and discussed.The formulas to calculate the pore area and porosity of the plain dutch and twill dutch weave are given and the calculation results for MK0, MK1, MK2, 04, 05 fabrics are also presented.A "cross" method for SS counting by microscoper is developed.It is found that the "cross"method is 12 times simpler than the standard one while the accuracy is almost the same. Basing on the experimental results of the sewage and wastewater purified by microstrainer,the authors make out that the microstraining mechanism is mainly mechani screening.
