| Abstract: | Festival ＆ Special Event （FSE） has a far- reaching impact on developing the local economic develop- ment and improving the social awareness of the host city, which can be found in the following eight aspects： its o- verall development, its spatial layout, its planning and architectural design, its economic and social development, its urban life, its public management, improvement on its image and internationalization. |
