| 摘 要： | 普通高校国防教育是全民国防教育的重点,也是高校人才培养的重要手段。高校开展国防教育,是实施大学生素质教育的重要组成部分,它有利于促进大学生综合素质的全面提高。高校国防教育是培养大学生的思想道德素质、身体素质、心理素质的重要渠道,同时对大学生科学文化素质和专业素质的提高也具有积极的促进作用。

| Abstract: | National defense education in the regular institutions of higher learning is not only the key to the nation- wide national defense education but also an important means of personnel training in colleges and universities. It is an important part of the implementation of college students＇ quality education, which is very useful to improve col- lege students＇ comprehensive quality. Besides, it is an important channel to train college students＇ ideological and ethical quality, physical quality and psychological quality. It can also contribute to the enhancement of college students＇ scientific and cultural quality and professional quality. |
