| 摘 要： | 核苷类似物因其特殊的结构和良好的生物活性,在药物化学领域中占有重要的地位.核苷类似物的高效和绿色合成是有机化学和药物化学的重要研究内容,本文着重介绍了在离子液体中具有重要生物活性的几种核苷类似物,如D4T,BVDU等的合成研究,并与经典的合成方法作了对比分析,结果表明用离子液体作介质的合成反应具有独特的优势.

Synthesis of Pyrimidine Nucleoside Mimics in Ionic liquids |

| Abstract: | Pyrimidine nucleosides play a very important role in both organic and medicinal chemistry due to their diverse biological activities. Therefore,it is of great interests to develop more efficient and greener methods for the preparation of nucleosides. The development in the synthesis of pyrimidine nucleoside mimic,such as D4T,BVDU,by using ionic liquids as unique and green media is described. The advantages by ionic liquids over conventional organic solvents are discussed. |
