| 摘 要： | 首先简要说明在Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ上开展商贸的巨大市场及前景；接着以国外成功的网上直销企业为例，介绍进行网上商贸的方法与步骤；然后指出开展网上贸易要解决的关键问题－安全性；最后，给出解决网络商贸安全问题技术标准和管理措施。
