| 摘 要： | 建立有效的房产信息管理系统,是提高房产信息科学管理的保障。以某小区的房产信息为例,应用ArcGISEngine组件设计并构建小区房产信息管理系统。系统对房产信息中空间数据与属性数据进行一体化存储和管理,实现了图形、属性数据的互查,以及楼房分布图到楼房分层分户图的切换,为小区的规划管理提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | To establish an effective real estate information management system is to improve scientific management of the real estate information.The real estate information of a residential quarter as a data source,this article designs and constructs the real estate information management system using ArcGIS Engine.The system achieves these functions: the real estate information storage and management in the integration of spatial data and attribute data,graphic-attributes integrated query,and the switch from the building plan to floor and apartment-specific plan.In a word,the system provides scientific basis for the residential quarter planning and management. |
