| Abstract: | In the new era the Chinese Communist Party formulates the historical mission "strengthen the advanced construction of the party".It is pointed out that the task should be carried out under the guidance of the advanced thought;the Party should work for the public and people,follow the objective rules of the historic development and set a long lasting mechanism for keeping the Party's advanced quality. |
