水热处理对超稳Y沸石分子筛热稳定性的影响

摘    要:本文对Y沸石及超稳Y沸石的热稳定性进行了探讨,结果表明,各种超稳Y沸石的热稳定性都比Y沸石高;水热处理前各种超稳Y沸石热稳定性彼此相差较大,但经水热处理后差距变小并且晶格破坏温度都有所降低,非骨架铝可能是造成这种热稳定性变差的原因。

Abstract:It has been shown that all the ultrastable Y zeolites,especially FSEY and HSY,have better thermal stability than NH_4Yzeolite, However,after steam treatment, the thermal stability ofall ultrastable Y zeolites,especially FSEY and HSY,were decreased.According to IR,~(27)Al NMR,~(29)Si NMR and XRD, it seemed that thenonfamework aluminum formed during the steam treatment gave rise tothe decrease. As a result of the decrease, the difference among theultrastable Y zeolites after hydrothermal treatment became much smallerthan before hydrothermal treatment,but the thermal stability of FSEYand HSY was still slightly better than that of USY,ReY and SRNY.
