电沉积法修复钢筋混凝土裂缝的试验研究

摘    要:从电化学角度对电沉积方法修复混凝土裂缝的原理及其影响因素进行了探索性的试验研究,证实了在裂缝尖端有电流密度集中现象,通过调节外加电压统计分析发现,裂缝端的电流密度比临近无损伤区域高出了数百倍;试验测定了电沉积过程中受损水泥基试块的质量增加量、裂缝愈合率等参数,并研究了水灰比和不同电解质溶液对混凝土电沉积修复效果的影响.

Abstract:An experiment was conducted from the point of view of electro chemistry to study on the principle and influence factors of electrodeposition method applied for repair of reinforced concrete with cracks was carried out. Test results show that there exists current density convergence phenomenon near the crack tip. Based upon statistical analysis by adjusting applied voltage, the current density at the tip of crack was found hundreds times higher than that of bulk region. Moreover, the weight in- crease of cracked sample and the rate of crack closure were measured during the process of electrodeposition. The effect of water-cement ratio and the type of electrodeposition solutions on crack repair results of concrete were also studied.
