| 摘 要： | 课堂教学的有效性,是一种为了追求课堂教学的高效益,强化过程评价和目标管理的现代教学理念,力求达到教师在遵循教育规律的基础上创新地把握课堂,以尽可能少的时间、精力和物力投入,取得尽可能多的教学效果。着重讲述了《电机与控制》这门课程所运用的3种教学法的教学实施及其评价过程。
