摘    要:课堂教学的有效性,是一种为了追求课堂教学的高效益,强化过程评价和目标管理的现代教学理念,力求达到教师在遵循教育规律的基础上创新地把握课堂,以尽可能少的时间、精力和物力投入,取得尽可能多的教学效果。着重讲述了《电机与控制》这门课程所运用的3种教学法的教学实施及其评价过程。

Abstract:The effectiveness of classroom teaching is a modern teaching idea for the high-efficiency of classroom teaching,pro-cess evaluation and goal management.Teachers,based on the principles of education,organize classes in an innovative way for best teaching effects with minimum time,energy and material input.The paper focuses on three teaching methods and the evaluation in the teaching of " Electrical Machines and Control".
