玻珠材料的反光特性

摘    要:理论上论述了玻璃微珠回归反光的特点和原理 ,用撒播植珠和混合植珠两种方法制备不同折射率玻璃微珠的反光材料样品 ,并通过光谱分析的方法进行分析比较研究其回归反光特性 .定量给出结论 :折射率n越接近 1 93的玻璃微珠因聚焦点落在珠内表面附近其回归反射效果越好 ;撒播植株方法比混合植株方法更容易操作 ,同时得到的样品回归反射效果更好

Abstract:The characteristics and principles of retro reflection micro bead were discussed theoretically.Micro beads with different diffractive index were prepared suing the spreading bead attachment and mixing bead methods,respectively.The retro reflection properties of these micro beads were analyzed using spectroscopy,and the quantitative results are:the closer of refractive index of glass micro bead to 1 93,the better effect of retro reflection because the position of focusing point is near the inner surface of the bead;the spreading bead method is easier to operate than the mixing bead method.It gives samples with better reflecting effect as well.
