摘    要:本文以浮阀塔板为例,具体分析了塔板上气液两相存在时塔板总压降的各个主要组成部分.提出了相当干板压降ΔΓ_(Dc)J及相当液层压头ΔP_(Lc)的概念,建议将传统的“加和模型”修正为:ΔP_T=ΔP_(Dc)+ΔP_(Lc)文中对锥心浮阀塔板的压降值用 Princl 的方法进行了实验测试,得出了文中“修正加和模型”中的 C_3,C_(l-g)及 h_l 的计算式.本文“修正加和模型”计算式,不仅可用于锥心浮阀塔板,而且与文献发表的 F_(-1)型浮阀塔板用于柴油—空气系统的压降实测数据相吻合.

Abstract:Various components of the overall pressure drop of tray floor in the presence of both vapor and liquid phases are specifically analysed using float valve tray as an example,the concepts of the corresponding dry-tray pressure dropΔP_(De)]and of the corresponding liquid layer pressure head(ΔP_(Le))are proposed to modify the conventional summation model. The pressure drop of Hy-contact valve tray was experimentally tested by the Princl method,from which were derived the formulae for calculating C_3(the total friction drag coefficient of the vapor flow at the aperture and the seam of the valve),C_(1-g)(the friction darg coefficient of vapor- liquid),and h_l(the average clear liquild height of five rows above the tray). The formulae of modified summation model can be applied not only to Hy-contact valve tray,but also agree well with the reported data of F_(-1) valve tray for use in air-diesel testing system.
