| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一个描述扭曲向列型（TN）液晶显示器件电光特性的简化模型。根据模型，可以很容易地计算出各类参数液晶显示器件的电光特性。理论计算与实验数据符合的很好。因此该模型可用于有源矩阵（Active Matix)液晶显示系统的模拟程序。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a simplified model of twisted nematic (TN) liquid crystal displays (LCDs) electro-optical properties is proposed. According to the model, the electro-optical properties of LCDs whose physical parameters are known, can be calculated easily. The results of the model are good agreement with the experimental data. therefore, the model can be used in the simulation programs of active matrix LAD systems. |
