运用文献资料法，对篮球教练员与运动员的心理交往进行初步研究，结果表明，篮球教练员与运动员进行心理交往时：把提高教练员威信作为与运动员交往的基础；以期望的心情与运动员交往；以平等的态度与运动员交往；成功交往需要教练员在各方面的工作中，言传身教，为人师表；教练员在处理与运动员的各种关系时，尽可能地克制消极心理品质，使积极的心理品质对运动员产生积极的影响。
