| Abstract: | Private enterprises have met quite a few problems in the second round of business-establishment.The decision-making and management of the second round of business-establishment for private enterprises can be divided into three stages,so in the establishment process the decision-making and management concerned is crucial.Thus what tells whether the private enterprise is successful or not is whether the advanced management advisory firms have been introduced in the second round of business-establishment or not. |
