酵母核糖核酸的提取及其含量的测定

摘    要:本文报道了用浓盐法提取利用味精生产中的废水制得饲料酵母中的核糖核酸,并利用721分光光度计对其纯度及含量进行测定,结果表明,核糖核酸的纯度达72%,提取率达6%,若加以治理和综合利用,不但可减少污染,还可变废为利。

Abstract:This paper introduces the extraction of fee yeat RNA by high salt density methok which was cultivate fromwaste liguicer of monosodium glutamate production. RNA's content and purity wene determined by 721 spectrophotometer. The experiment result inkicates:the RNA purity reae-hes 72% the ektraction rate reades 6%. suppose the waste liquicer be retrieved and used properly enuiroment pollution would be reduced and waste liquicer can be turned into benefit.
