摘    要:利用在局域密度近似下的第一原理平面波赝势方法以及应用TM和HGH两种模守恒赝势,计算了在一定晶格常数范围内铝的面心立方结构的能量与体积关系.在准谐近似下引入德拜模型,用两种赝势计算了不同的热力学特性,如体积弹性模量、物态方程、热膨胀等,比较了两种赝势计算出的结果,在通常情况下,两种赝势计算的结果差别不大,在有些情况下两者的差别比较明显,但计算结果都与有效的实验值相符合。

Abstract:A plane wave pseudopotential from first-principle in the local density approximation(LDA) is performed to calculate the total energy on Al in the face-centered cubic(fcc) crystal structures over a range of unit cell volumes which applied TM and HGH two different pseudopotentials.The Debye model is employed to calculate the thermodynamic properties of aluminum from two different pseudopotentials such as the bulk modulus,the equation of state(EOS) and the coefficient of the thermal expansion in the quasiharmonic approximation.At the same time,the authors compare the results from two different pseudopotentials,in general,the differences are very little,at some conditions the differences are obvious,but the results are in agreement with the experimental results available.
