温度对光子晶体滤波特性影响的研究

摘    要:在液晶缺陷的光子晶体电调谐滤波器中,温度变化对滤波特性产生影响.用传输矩阵法给出了光子晶体的透过率公式,就温度对透射谱的影响进行了数值计算.结果表明,温度改变时,光子晶体的透射峰高度、透射峰的位置以及带宽都随之变化.通过镀上电阻对温度敏感的薄膜,可消除温度对滤波特性的影响.

Abstract:When temperature varies,filtering characteristics of photonic crystals will be influenced in the tunable filter with liquid crystal defect films.The spectrum transmission was obtained by using the transfer matrix method.The effect of temperature on filter transmission spectrum was numerical calculated.The results show that when temperature varies,the transmission rate,transmission peak wavelength and band will change accordingly.The effect of temperature on filter may be eliminated by plating the film which the resistance sensitive to temperature.
