锭子空锭功率消耗计算

摘    要:本文寻求了锭子空锭功率消耗的计算公式,其计算方法适用于所有类似的相同结构的锭子。具体计算了D1203锭子的空锭功率消耗,结果与实验是相符的。根据计算结果可知道消耗功率的几个部位,其中消耗最大的是上轴承,由此而指出了降低锭子空锭功率消耗的途径。

Abstract:In this paper the formula for calculating power consumption of spindle without bobbin is introduced. This method can be used in all spindles of similar structure. The power calculation of D1203 spindle is closely coincident with the result of experiment. Based on calculation results it is shown that power is consumed in three parts, and what consumes most power is the bearing. Thus the way to reduce power consumption of spindle without bobbin is also indicated.
