| 摘 要： | 行政救济制度与民主法治相伴而生,被视为民主与法治保障的最后屏障。我国的行政救济制度经过几十年的发展已日趋完善,为我国改革开放和整个社会的政治和经济建设做出了重要贡献。在全球化浪潮的影响下,在我国近些年来和谐社会建设的政策导向和我国行政救济制度的发展已初成体系的大背景下,文章重点对复议救济、诉讼救济及国家赔偿救济3种救济手段探讨其发展趋势,以期对我国目前的行政救济制度的发展与完善尽可能地提供一种理论坐标。
